Parts Person (FULL TIME)

Summary:
The parts person is responsible for assisting customers in making purchases based on their needs.
Main Responsibilities include:
Schedule: Full Time including Saturdays (Sunday and a weekday off)
Benefits: The following benefits are available to fulltime employees after 90 days of employment: medical, and holiday benefits (vacation after one year). Full time employees are also eligible to participate in our employee discount purchase program.

- Meet and greet customers
- Answer phone calls
- Learn and use company approved sale process with every opportunity.
- Become Familiar with all products and services offered by dealership and present features and benefits to customers
- Project a positive image
- Be a team player
- Contribute to the success of department and dealership
- Computer Literate
- Ability to multitask
- Maintain a high level of Customer service and communication skills at all times
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Interest and enthusiasm for powersports
- Positive attitude
